We pride ourselves on sourcing the best local ingredients wherever possible to ensure the utmost quality in all our dishes. Our fresh vegetables can be traced back to local farms, our meat is sourced from a local nearby family run butchers and all our wines & beers are provided through a wine merchants in Broadstairs with over 100 years’ experience.
